Kenya needs to concentrate on building a culture of entrepreneurship in order to help their people to create jobs for themselves. The formal sector will not be able to absorb all the job seekers and the alternative avenue will be the opportunities in the business enterprise sector for self employment. We shall help our people to develop the ability to identify business opportunities and to take calculated risks to implement those ideas. Kenyans MUST believe in themselves, and clean their mindset so that they believe they can achieve development with little assistance from other development partners.
Kenya is ready for Industrial takeoff. The time has come to convert the country into the regional manufacturing hub for East and Central Africa. This will create an immediate market of over 300 million people with the aim of eventually targeting the entire African market.
